The global climate goals cannot be reached if the power and creativity of half of the population is left unused. It is time to break up traditional gender norms and fight unequal representation and resource distribution – through more female leadership in climate finance! In this high-level event, German Minister for Economic Cooperation and Development, Svenja Schulze, invites political leaders and representatives from multilateral climate funds to discuss how improved gender equity at the decision-making level and a gender-just resource management can enhance climate impact on the ground.
