The report details value chain and private sector ecosystem mapping and analysis for sorghum, maize, and sesame with a focus on identifying private sector adaptation challenges, barriers, technologies and best practices, losses due to droughts and floods, as well as investment potential and incentives to participate in public dialogue. Insights on how the private sector is affected by climate change are instrumental to Somalia’s NAP process, facilitate their engagement and promote investment opportunities for the country’s climate adaptation and development agenda.
