This guidance manual assists planners and stakeholders better understand the effects of climate change on their projects and identify adaptation options to integrate into the design for more resilient projects. The manual focuses on rigorously-informed methods that are simple enough to meet needs in the field, outlining an vulnerability and adaptation approach to the project cycle along the four steps of problem diagnosis, project design, implementation and evaluation.
