Country Engagement Specialist

Syeda Hadika Jamshaid is the NDC Partnership Asia Pacific Country Engagement Specialist 

Previously, she worked with the NDC Partnership as a Facilitator for Pakistan for almost two and a half years and supported in developing Pakistan’s updated Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs). She has also worked with UNFCCC, ADB, and the World Bank on areas related to carbon pricing, air pollution and blue carbon, respectively. Furthermore, she also worked as a Gender and Youth Focal for Ministry of Climate Change and supported the government in incorporating these cross-cutting themes in various national policies and programmes.

Hadika holds a Bachelors degree in Economics and holds two Masters - Public Policy and Environmental Economics.
