Panama Facilitator

Mr. Roberto Alfredo de la Cruz has joined the NDC Partnership as an in-country Facilitator for Panama working on the implementation of the NDC. Roberto has academic studies in Agricultural Engineering with a specialty in Agricultural Economics. In addition, he holds a master's degree in Agricultural Sciences with a specialty in Natural Resource Management. As part of his professional experience, he has led consultation processes for environmental policies and strategies, has been Director of Planning and Environmental Policies and has been in charge of the coordination of sustainable development projects, among other experiences.
