Joyceline A. Goco

Philippines Facilitator

Joyceline A. Goco is currently working as a Senior Technical Advisor/Faciliator at the Climate Change Commission. She has held management and leadership positions with the Philippine Climate Change Commission and the Environmental Management Bureau of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources. She has over 30 years of experience in national government. While serving as the Deputy Executive Director of the Climate Change Office of the CCC in the last several years, she has supervised the overall technical works and implemented a number of initiatives supporting adaptation and mitigation in response to climate change. 

Joyceline has been actively involved in the International Climate Change Negotiations and had facilitated negotiations on capacity building under the UNFCCC and the Kyoto Protocol. 

This position is temporarily funded by the NDC Partnership Support Unit.
