Gabriela Rangel

CAEP Systems Consultant

Gabriela is a Support Unit Consultant for NDC Partnership's Climate Action Enhancement Package (CAEP) Technical Assistance Fund (TAF) and the Partnership Action Fund (PAF). She supports the team with financial, administrative, and operational activities. Currently, Gabriela will support the Country Engagement Team for Ecuador and Dominican Republic.

Gabriela is an International Relations professional with experience in project management, policy, and governance issues in topics related to international cooperation, sustainable forest management, and chemicals. Graduated with a Master of Science in Environmental Governance from the University of Freiburg, Germany. Her Master´s thesis was related to the Monitoring and Reviewing of the Sustainable Development Goals in Latin America.
