Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Facilitator
Mr. Jackson holds a Master’s degree in Natural Resource Management with over 22 years of professional working experience in the field of climate change and environment, having worked for 8 years at the Secretariat of the OACPS and 14 years at the Ministry of Health and Environment in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
He has excellent knowledge of the technical, scientific, policy and political aspects of climate change as well as extensive knowledge about the sustainable development agenda and the development challenges of SIDS.
He has over 15 years working experience in implementing projects and programmes that address climate change and environment and a wealth of experience in organizing multi-stakeholder and inter-sectoral meetings at the national and international levels.
As the In-country Facilitator, he will focus on, inter alia, supporting the development and implementation of the NDC Partnership Plan for St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
