Sao Tome and Principe Facilitator

Darnel Baía is a Chemical Engineer and a specialist in environmental sciences. He has held the position of chemistry professor and technical assistant in the General Directorate of the Environment. As the NDC Partnership in-country facilitator he supports the Ministry of Public Works, Infrastructure Natural Resource and Environment and Ministry of Planning, Finance and Blue Economy on NDC implementation and coordination. 

This position is funded by the NDC Partnership Support Unit.
