Analia Guachalla Terrazas

Bolivia Facilitator

Analia Guachalla Terrazas is the NDC Partnership Country Facilitator supporting NDC implementation in Bolivia.

Analia received her undergraduate degree in Environmental Engineering. In addition, she holds two Master’s degrees in Environmental Engineering and Management from the University of Castilla La Mancha and Geographic Information Systems and Remote Sensing with a speciality in Natural Resource Management from the University of Twente.

Analia has over 10 years of experience in the public sector and project management with international cooperation. Her work spans from environmental impact assessment, project monitoring, and stakeholder consultations (mainly with indigenous communities in Bolivia), to incorporating risk management and adaptation into climate change and development projects and coordinating the execution of projects in integrated water and natural resource management.
