PiA 2020: Delivering Fast, Strategic, Technical Assistance

To deepen support opportunities for countries to enhance NDCs and fast-track implementation, the NDC Partnership launched its first Technical Assistance Fund (TAF) in July 2019. The TAF draws together contributions from The Netherlands, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Germany, and the United Kingdom. These resources are allocated to implementing partners who respond to NDC updating and implementation requests through the NDC Partnership Support Unit’s coordination. By focusing Partnership support on country requests, the TAF improves coordination, allowing for a broader set of partners to engage and help partners deliver with speed.
