Mapx, developed by UN Environment, the World Bank, and the Global Resource Information Database (GRID-Geneva), is an open source cloud solution for mapping and monitoring the sustainable use of natural resources. This tool contains over 80 global biodiversity datasets, which allow users to visualize and analyze the progress towards the Aichi Biodiversity Targets. Mapx can be used for mobile and field data support, agreement monitoring, supply chain risk management, land use planning, spatial data infrastructure, and as a shared data pool for stakeholders.
