Initiative for Climate Action Transparency (ICAT) Series of Guidance

ICAT’s series of guidance focuses on guidance for the assessment of the GHG reduction, sustainable development and transformational change impacts of policies and actions. This guidance can also help inform policy and action design. The guidance accommodates different needs and national circumstances to ensure it is widely applicable and broadly supported. It builds on existing methods and approaches, such as the Policy and Action Standard (WRI/Greenhouse Gas Protocol). The modular structure includes an Introductory Guide and guidance on:
